Rectangular Shaped Swimming Pool with Screened Patio
A rectangular swimming pool with approximate dimensions up to 12' x 30' and a varied depth of 3’ to 5’ surrounded by an aluminum railing, with approximate dimensions up to 24' x 50'. The swimming pool at the model may be of poured concrete or gunite construction and may have different step dimensions. Screen enclosures are available as an option. Windows or doors on homes inside screened enclosures will not have screens. Actual dimensions vary by model and/or lot setbacks.

Kidney Shaped Swimming Pool with Screened Patio
A kidney shaped swimming pool with approximate dimensions up to 14' x 28' and a varied depth of 3' to 5' surrounded by an aluminum railing, with approximate dimensions up to 24' x 50'. The swimming pool at the model may be made of poured concrete or gunite construction and may have different step dimensions. Screen enclosures are available as an option. Windows or doors on homes inside screened enclosures will not have screens. Actual dimensions may vary by model and/or lot setbacks.

Fireplace Option in Living Room (available in select models)
A 36" electric fireplace with remote control, mantle and hearth is available as an option in the living room.

Garage Wall Cabinets

Enclosed Lanai (available in select models)
A conversion of the covered screened lanai to an air conditioned interior space with electrical outlets as per code with a porcelain tile floor. This option includes an exterior concrete patio when the pool and/or screened patio are not selected.
