When you purchase a home, we work together as a team before and after your move-in.  We come to know one another as family.  So, it should be no surprise that we want our customers to be as confident about purchasing and living in their homes as we are about building them. That’s exactly why we offer a variety of warranty services visits:

Scheduled post-closing warranty visits (example:  30-day, 3- and 11-month post-close visits) as part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period.

Regular warranty service visits that are scheduled for service that needs to be addressed prior to the scheduled post-closing warranty visits.
